Best Local Pizza in San Francisco
This has nothing to do with weddings, but I have the feeling that Chris and I will be eating out a bit as we plan this little road trip extravaganza, so…
Patxi’s is our local pizza joint. And seriously? It rocks. Great atmosphere, good food, cute waiters.
DO NOT… I repeat… DO NOT even THINK you can possibly eat more than one… outside chance of two… pieces of their Chicago style pizza.
I don’t care how big your appetite is or how many eating contestants you could win if you “just applied yourself”…. eating a piece of Patxi’s Chicago-style pizza is akin to eating a candy-coated brick… at least in how it will inevitably feel in your stomach one hour later.
If you don’t believe me… ask my buddy Adam about the half of a pizza he left in a Guardian newsstand because he was too tired to carry the damn thing home.
