The charging for a wedding thing reminds me of that moment in “Father of the Bride” when Steve Martin tells his wife that they should consider asking people not to eat at the wedding.
My wedding cost $40,000. When I think about it now, it makes me cringe.

I know so many people who are cancelling their weddings cuz they don’t have the cash. But then I also have friends spending 40K so- I guess it’s not effecting everyone.
Yeah, I can totally see that in NYC. Weddings are crazy expensive here. But now I bet you could sneak into the old Lehman offices and do your party there.
